You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Delivery Time:

All orders are subject to delivery dates posted on specific product pages.  Unexpected surges in demand could cause unexpected delays; we sincerely appreciate your patience!  Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be processed the following business day.  Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the second business day.  Delivery times do vary but most in-stock merchandise ships within 3-5 days after leaving our distribution center.  Please allow 5-7 days for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in new condition with the manufacture's tag attached. 

• Returns will not be accepted after 10 days for any reason.

• Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

• An authorization number is required on exchanges and returns. Please make the request to CustomerCare@goKALYX.com. You will receive an authorization number with instructions within 48 hours unless received on weekends.

• Please ship returns promptly after the return authorization number is issued. We allow 7 days shipping time once the return authorization number is issued.

• Please allow up to 10 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

• Custom made, personalized items or specially ordered items are not returnable.
  

Order Cancellations:

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please cancel an order within 3 hours after being placed.

Sales Tax:

A 9.75% Sales Tax applies to all orders shipped to a California address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.

Shipping:

Standard Shipping Costs for the 48 Continental States: is $6.95 per order.  We ship all of our domestic orders via FedEx Ground. 

If you require expedited delivery, we do offer 2 Day delivery services through FedEx for an additional $10.00 fee.   

For shipments to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska, the Standard Shipping Charge is $7.95.  We ship to CANADA using USPS.

At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada.
