Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as payments. You can also check out using your PayPal
account.
You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which
encrypts all submitted information.
Privacy Policy:
KALYX Technologies will never sell, lease, or share
any of your personal information.
Delivery Time:
All orders are subject to delivery dates posted on specific product pages. Unexpected surges in demand could cause unexpected delays; we sincerely appreciate your patience! Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be processed the
following business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be
processed the second business day. Delivery times do vary but most
in-stock merchandise ships within 3-5 days after leaving our distribution center.
Please allow 7-10 days for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any
reason, we are happy to make an exchange or to issue a refund, subject to the following terms
and conditions:
- An "RMA" number is required on exchanges
and returns. Please contact info@goKALYX.com to request an RMA number - be sure to include your order number and indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange!
- RMA requests must be made within 10 days of receipt in new condition with the
manufacturer's original tags attached.
- Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of original shipment date. Please ship returns promptly after the RMA number is issued.

For exchanges, please allow up to 10 days for your exchange to be processed and for a new shipment confirmation to be sent. For returns, please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed and for a refund to be reflected on your charge card.
- Custom made, personalized items or specially
ordered items are not returnable.
Order Cancellations:
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please
cancel an order within 3 hours after being placed.
Sales Tax:
A 7.25% Sales Tax applies to all orders shipped to
a California address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
Shipping:
Standard Shipping Costs for the 48 Continental
States: is $6.95 per order. We ship all of our domestic orders via FedEx Ground or USPS.
If you require expedited delivery,
we do offer 2 Day delivery services through FedEx for an additional fee.
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, and, all International destinations including Canada, we ship to CANADA using USPS. Additional fees apply for shipments to these destinations.
